We ship anywhere in the United States. All US orders for in-stock (Non-Custom Shop) items are shipped within 3-5 business days not including weekends via USPS. If you are local, the option to pick up is available and you will be notified by phone when the order is ready for pick up. **Kustom Fatigues and WoKE pieces are made to order and therefore may take longer than our Designer Pick options. All kustom designs are approved upon submitting your payment at checkout for your kustom item. You have read and agreed to all terms and conditions, policies, sizing specs, descriptions and/or provided special mandatory requirements/descriptions.
You understand that kustom designs are freestyled with client's consideration and the “Ask WoKE” chat and customer service number (314) 448-0500 are both available to consult design requests. Business hours are M-Sat 10am-7pm CST. Feel free to leave a message via customer service, email or chime into the “Ask WoKE” chat for the next business day response.

Refund Policy
We hold a NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGES policy. All items are custom and final sale. Custom production and your design approval upon submitting payment support the agreeance of said above policy.
