Design Store Manager
We are looking for a skilled Design Store Manager to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and fashion design tasks and some light accounting and human resource work. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent design store manager is, above all, an organized and competent sales leader with phenomenal goal driven skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out delegating and design duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that store operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. You are needed to lead by example, think and act as an owner while communicating with clients & vendors. A creative background is a plus to help with design ideas. The Design Store Manager reports directly to the CEO of The Woke Brand.
Essential Functions:

Key holder with open and close responsibilities

Maintain all accounts receivable, payable & loyalty reward programs

Manage inventory control, visual merchandising, pricing and displays

Perform creative design layouts, make fashion suggestions and customize clothing & accessories

Develop and maintain team motivation and high store morale

Recruit, interview, train, hire & terminate new employees, contractors or vendors

Delegate breaks, employee attendance point systems and create and cover all employee schedules.

Navigate marketing sales generated from CEO in store and online with SM Manager

Uphold and enforce company policies, shopping culture and codes of conduct

Achieve customer retention and surpass store's daily, weekly & monthly sales goals

Handle all customer complaints or shopping experiences escalated to manager on duty

Serve as Manager on Duty in the absences and presence of the CEO to the entire team on and off site

Attend special events and serve as a direct leader of The Woke Brand and help clients as needed
Position Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in retail management

Strong time management, prioritizing and leadership skills

Unlimited creative control for design consulting and custom replenishment

Prior accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee scheduling experience

Excellent communication, multi tasking and organizational skills

Ability to supervise, motivate and direct employees effectively

Ability to work in a high energetic environment, where being hands-on is critical to our store's success

In-depth knowledge of customer service, loss prevention & store budget preparation

Open availability and must be willing to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
