All items are custom made and can take up to 5-7 business days to be made. Some custom orders may require additional business days. All orders are shipped PRIORITY and can take an additional 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of our priority shipping updates and your anticipated arrival date. Please allow us adequate time to fulfill the custom order and ship it out. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days for all orders placed online. If you are a local pick up-please wait for a formal notification (phone call or email) from one of our team members for your pickup date.

Yes, we will call you upon completion of fulfilling your order or custom piece to inform you to pick up. You will be notified by the email and/or phone call that you provided at checkout. Due to the heavy fulfilment and demand of custom requests, we can not hold completed orders beyond 5 business days after beng notified. Yes, all other color tees, hoodies etc are listed based on the currnt availability in stock. We carry red, gold yellow, lime green, olive, royal blue, orange, hot pink, black, rainow, military, bleached and white tees. In the event, a specific color sold is not in stock we will refund the full amount of that item to the customer immediately.
